Where We Love to Stay at Mugie Conservancy
In the heart of Mugie Conservancy is a stunning new property, Governors’ Mugie House, opened in April 2020. Perched on a hill the eight stone cottages command sweeping views of the Laikipia landscape. A large main house with open log fires hosts guests for relaxing cocktails and scrumptious meals, prepared from a creative menu with ingredients sourced from their own vegetable garden. The infinity pool is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful landscape, relax in the lovely shaded areas and indulge in alfresco dining. A waterhole set in front of Mugie House attracts a variety of wildlife with a hide to offer some close wildlife encounters.
A ‘silver’ eco rated camp, Ekorian’s Mugie Camp is the perfect place fro enjoy a family getaway. The camp is your home away from home, and caters to the whole family, offering many fun-filed activities. A stay at Ekorian’s Mugie Camp is more than just a safari! An intimate camp composed of six tents each raised on wooden decks, a communal mess tent to enjoy time together and dining, as well as a shady deck adjoining the swimming pool which overlooks a watering hole. Your stay at Ekorian will definitely be an experience of a lifetime!
